Gotrade News - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has increased the number of Modular Stations and Kiosk Siaga ahead of the 2026 Eid travel season. This initiative aims to reduce fuel queue congestion on busy travel routes. The effort is expected to facilitate more efficient access to fuel for the public.
Pertamina's Initiatives for Eid Travel
During the Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr task force, Pertamina is deploying 95 Modular Stations and 61 Kiosk Siaga at strategic points. These facilities are positioned along congested routes and in areas without permanent stations. Modular Stations allow for rapid fuel distribution in high-demand locations.
Kiosk Pertamina Siaga assists areas far from conventional stations. Robert MV. Dumatubun from Pertamina emphasized their commitment to providing optimal service during the travel period. With these additions, it is hoped that travelers will have a more comfortable journey.
Regional Fuel Management Policies
Meanwhile, the Bengkayang government advises on limiting fuel fill-ups for equitable distribution. This advisory is due to heightened demand in the region. Robert MV. Dumatubun assured that this policy is not to reduce supply but to ensure fair distribution.
The restrictions align with local government policies to distribute energy evenly. This policy allows regions the flexibility to manage fuel distribution, aiming for an even energy supply throughout all areas.
With this initiative, it is anticipated that Bengkayang residents will find it easier to access fuel. Pertamina stresses that the entire national distribution system integration will support these measures.
