Gotrade News - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) and IFG Group are actively participating in the 2026 Free Eid Travel Program by State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). This initiative provides convenience for 116,688 travelers heading to various destinations across Indonesia, with a focus on safety and comfort during the Eid exodus.
Hutama Karya has dispatched 630 travelers by bus to cities like Yogyakarta and Surabaya, as part of a synergy among SOEs to facilitate smooth operations during the Eid travel season. On the other hand, IFG Group has facilitated the journey of 25,304 travelers using buses and trains, even modifying buses to accommodate travelers with disabilities.
Hamdani from Hutama Karya affirmed the commitment to safe mobility during Eid al-Fitr, while IFG Director Hexana Tri Sasongko highlighted the importance of the Eid travel tradition. IFG provides 182 executive buses and 37 trains to ensure participant comfort.
The Comfortable Eid Travel with SOEs Program involves 96 state-owned enterprises, offering free transportation that helps people return home at an affordable price. A total of 1,541 buses, 99 trains, and 46 ships are utilized in this program.
This collaboration embodies the spirit of unity among SOEs in supporting smooth holiday migrations and offers travelers more transportation options. Special buses for people with disabilities demonstrate attention to diverse societal needs.
