The rally followed Nvidia's launch of its new RTX Spark processor for Windows PCs. All three major US benchmarks logged simultaneous record closes during the same session.

According to Metro TV, Nvidia (NVDA) shares advanced 6.3 percent on the RTX Spark announcement. Microsoft also gained more than 2 percent on stronger demand for AI-capable Windows machines.

As reported by Katadata, Dell Technologies (DELL) climbed 10 percent as a key PC assembly partner. HP advanced 8 percent while Intel dropped 4 percent on fading dominance in legacy PC chips.

Index and Sector Context

The broader gains lifted passive vehicles such as the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO). Energy was the only other S&P sector higher after WTI crude jumped 5.93 percent to US$92.54 per barrel.

Marathon Petroleum rose 4 percent, Exxon Mobil added 2.8 percent, and Chevron gained 1.9 percent. Per Metro TV, analyst Tim Holland said US-Iran talks still trend toward de-escalation despite setbacks.
