  1. What is Grow by Gotrade?
    1. Grow by Gotrade lets you earn money on your idle USD cash automatically.
    2. Any cash you’re not using to trade sits in your account and earns daily. You don’t have to do anything once it’s turned on: no lock-ups, no fees, and you can use your money anytime.
    3. It’s an easy way to earn a little extra while you wait to invest.
  2. How do I activate Grow?
    1. To activate Grow:
      1. Open the Gotrade app
      2. Tap Deposit on your homepage and click Grow
      3. Tap Activate Grow and accept the terms
      4. Once it’s on, Grow runs in the background automatically.
  3. How does Grow calculate my earnings?
    1. Every morning, Gotrade checks how much unused USD cash you have.
    2. Earnings are calculated on the idle cash using a rate shown in the app.
  4. When will I receive my Grow earnings?
    1. Your total monthly earnings are paid no later than the 7th business day of each month (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
    2. The money goes straight into your USD cash balance and is ready to use or withdraw immediately.
  5. Are there any fees or lock-ups with Grow?
    1. No. Grow is free to use, and your money is never locked up.
    2. You can withdraw or invest your cash at any time. Even if you remove your cash before payout day, any earnings already recorded will still be paid.
  6. Who can use Grow?
    1. Grow in GTG is available to all users.
  7. Why didn’t I earn anything today?
    1. If your daily earnings show USD 0, here are the most common reasons:
      1. You just activated Grow, and we will calculate it on Day +1.
      2. Grow was deactivated by clicking the deactivate button.
      3. You can check your Grow status anytime from the Portfolio tab.
  8. Is the Grow earnings rate fixed or guaranteed?
    1. No. The earnings rate can change at any time based on market conditions.
    2. We’ll always show you the current rate in the app, and you’ll be notified if it changes.
    3. 📌 Reminder: Grow is not a savings product and is not insured like a traditional bank deposit.
