The events calendar lists events for US stocks, grouped by day: IPOs, earnings, dividends, ex-dividends, stock splits and reverse splits.

The calendar opens on the current week, Monday to Sunday. On desktop, use the arrows to move between weeks and Today to return to this week. You can also pick a Start date and press Apply to see the 7 days from that date. Click a ticker on any event to open its stock page, for example AAPL.

Each earnings entry shows the estimated EPS, actual EPS, the surprise (how far actual EPS came in from the estimate, in percent) and the company's market cap. To filter stocks by earnings date, use the Upcoming earnings date filter in the stock screener.

Each IPO entry shows the offer price, the number of shares offered and the deal amount. Alpaca's Initial Public Offering Risk Disclosures are listed on Legal Central.

The ex-dividend date is the day a stock starts trading without the right to its next dividend. To receive that dividend, you need to hold the stock before the ex-dividend date. For dividend and ex-dividend events, the calendar shows the amount per share and the dividend yield. Dividends have 0 to 30% tax withheld, depending on your residency (see the Fees page).

A stock split divides each share into several shares at a lower price per share. A reverse split combines several shares into one at a higher price per share. The split itself does not change the total value of your holding. The calendar shows the ratio for each split. Click the ticker on a split entry to open its stock page, which shows the share price, for example NVIDIA (NVDA).
