We’ve got an important update regarding your holdings in Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. (FYBR).
As of January 21, 2026, Frontier Communications has completed its merger with Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ). As part of this transaction, FYBR has been delisted from the market.

What’s Happening?

In this case, Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. (FYBR) merged with Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ). Following the completion of this transaction, FYBR has been removed from public trading.
