Micron faces high expectations
Micron (MU) reports fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 results after the US close. According to Yahoo Finance, consensus EPS sits at $31.24, up from $2.86 in the year-ago quarter. PCE and GDP data at 8:30 a.m. ET
August personal income and outlays data, including the PCE price index, lands alongside the third estimate of second-quarter GDP at 8:30 a.m. ET. PCE is the Fed's preferred inflation gauge. According to Yahoo Finance, headline PCE is expected to 3.7% year over year and core PCE to 3.2%. A hotter-than-expected print could push yields higher again and weigh on tech stocks.
Boeing wins the Navy fighter contract
Boeing (BA) won the US Navy's F/A-XX fighter program, with a $20 billion contract to develop test aircraft, according to Investing.com. According to Boeing, it is the company's second sixth-generation fighter program, after the Air Force's F-47. BA shares rose more than 2% in extended trading on Tuesday.

After that, watch Nike (NKE), which reports Thursday after the US close. According to StockStory, NKE shares are down 8.1% over the past month.
